To have a consultation with Dr Shooter, you will need a referral from your GP or another treating doctor. If they have given the referral to you and you know your doctors’ Provider number, you can call or email the practice directly for an appointment.

If you are referring an Arthoplasty or Tumour case, we would be very grateful if you could complete the referral pro formas, and either fax, post or email them to the practice; or alternatively, give them to the patient if they are making their own arrangements. Thank you for your referral.
